The template system uses placeholders positioned on your design: name, role, phone, email, website, address, social. For each placeholder you set font, size, color and alignment. The template is saved and reused for every employee — including new hires. When a new team member arrives, you generate their card in 30 seconds.
Export to a print-shop-ready vector PDF: text as outlines, images at 300 DPI, 3 mm bleed, crop marks, TrimBox and BleedBox declared. Nine ready formats: NFC card 85.6×54 mm, standard 85×55 mm, EU 90×50 mm, square 65×65 and 55×55 mm, slim 85×40 mm, compact 75×45 mm, folded 87×49 mm closed and 87×98 mm open.
How do I handle different fonts in the design?
On Business plans you can upload custom fonts (TTF/OTF). On lower plans you use the integrated Google Fonts library, with 800+ available.
Can I download all team cards at once?
Yes, from Team plan onwards. You generate a batch ZIP containing one PDF per member, ready to send to the printer in bulk.
