Team
Add team members with different roles, assign cards and follow analytics from a single dashboard.
Managing the cards of 20 employees means deciding who can create, edit and see what. bizCARD uses four roles: owner (everything, billing included), admin (team and card management), collaborator (works on the whole team's cards, themes, QR codes and links) and user (only their own card, with email signature and business card). You choose the role in the invite; if you don't change it, the person joins as a user, the least privileged role.
Invites arrive by email: the new member receives a link, opens it, accepts and joins the team with the role you chose. Users only see their assigned card and can edit it within the limits of the shared theme, with no access to other cards or team settings. Admins get the full panel: they add members, move cards, manage the theme and see team analytics.
Billing is centralized: one subscription for the team, managed by the owner. Each plan includes a number of members and cards (5 on Team, 20 members and 25 cards on Business): when you need more room you move to the next plan, with no per-user fees. The team dashboard shows aggregated analytics (total views and visitor countries), useful for marketing and management.
The owner creates the team during sign-up or from settings, and can invite other members right away.
Enter email and role for each member. The system sends the invite; the new member accepts and joins the team.
Create a card for each member or assign existing ones. Users only see their assigned card; admins and collaborators see all of them.
It depends on the plan: Team includes up to 5 members, Business 20. The Enterprise plan is tailored: members, cards and storage are defined together, with SSO and SCIM provisioning.
A user only edits their assigned card and has no access to team settings. An admin can add members, manage all team cards and see aggregated analytics.
A single subscription for the team, in the owner's name. Adding members doesn't generate separate invoices: it's covered by the plan.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. With SSO your colleagues sign in with company credentials (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OpenID Connect or SAML); with SCIM provisioning members and cards are created, updated and deactivated following the directory.
No. Users only see their own card's statistics. The owner and admins see aggregated team statistics.
