Appointments
Let visitors book an appointment directly from your card. Manage confirmations, declines and completions without external tools.
Booking an appointment by email is tiring: trading availability, time conflicts, different time zones, lost confirmations. With booking built into the card, the visitor sees your real availability, picks a slot and sends the request. You get an email notification and confirm, or you turn on automatic confirmation; the person who booked receives the .ics file and links to add the appointment to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
Configuration is detailed: availability per day of the week, slot duration (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes), minimum break between appointments, daily limit, time zone. You can create different service types (short consultation, first visit, follow-up meeting), each with its own duration and description. Vacation dates are easy to block.
Email notifications are handled end to end: confirmation to the client, notification to the organizer, reminder the day before, cancellation confirmation. The "Book an appointment" button is built directly into the digital card: no external tools, no extra subscriptions.
Set hours per day of the week, slot duration and breaks. Add blocked dates for vacations.
Define services with duration and description (e.g. "30-min consultation", "60-min first visit"). The client picks among these.
Enable booking on the card. The "Book an appointment" button appears and visitors can confirm autonomously.
Partly. When a booking is confirmed, the person who booked receives the .ics file and links for Google Calendar and Outlook. You receive the appointment by email and add it to the calendar you use. There is no automatic sync between calendars.
The slot is locked as soon as the first booking is confirmed. Subsequent requests see the slot as unavailable in real time, avoiding conflicts.
Yes. You set a maximum number of bookings per day; once it is reached, the day shows as full. Your plan includes 15 (Solo), 100 (Team) or 400 (Business) appointments per month; Free and Personal do not include appointments.
Yes. Each card has its own time zone, which you pick in the appointment settings; times are given in that zone, always shown on the booking page and in the emails, and if the visitor's device is set to another zone the page points it out. The .ics file and the Google Calendar and Outlook links carry the exact time, so the visitor's calendar shows it in their local time, daylight saving included.
Yes. Add blocked dates or intervals in the configuration: for those days, slots are not shown to visitors.
