What a digital business card is and why it pays off
A digital business card is much more than a PDF shared on WhatsApp. It's an online professional profile — reachable via QR code, NFC or short link — that displays photo, contact details, social media and company information updated in real time. Change your job, phone number or address once and every card you've already shared is updated automatically.
For the recipient, the experience is instant: no app to install, no account to create. Scan the QR code, the page opens in the browser, and one tap downloads the vCard straight to the address book. On iPhone and Android the contact is saved with photo, role, organization, phones, emails and social links — ready to be called or sent to Google Maps.
For the creator, the benefit is centralization: sections to describe services, portfolio photos and, from the Solo plan, attached PDFs (brochures, price lists, presentations). Every card has a unique short address, like bizcard.ch/k3m9x2p7qa (on the Business plan you can choose custom codes), to print on physical cards, trade-show badges or window signs. And every card counts views and vCard downloads; from the Team plan you also see visitors' countries and devices.
How to create a digital business card in 3 steps

Fill in your details
Add name, role, company, phone, email, website and social links. Upload a profile photo and company logo. Pick your brand colors.

Pick a theme (Classic, Modern or Corporate), apply your brand colors and arrange sections however you like. From the Solo plan you can attach PDF documents.

Generate the QR code or copy the short URL. Print it, drop it in your email signature or program it onto an NFC tag. Monitor views and downloads from the dashboard.
Digital business card FAQ
Does the recipient need to install an app?
No. The card opens in any browser — desktop or mobile. Saving the contact happens through a standard vCard, natively supported on iPhone, Android, Windows and macOS.
Can I update the card after sharing it?
Yes. Edit it once in your dashboard and the public URL immediately shows the updated data. Every QR code and link already printed keeps working and always points to the latest version.
Does it work with NFC tags?
Yes. Program an NFC tag with your card's short address (e.g. bizcard.ch/k3m9x2p7qa), and anyone who holds their phone to the tag opens the card without scanning anything. Compatible with standard NTAG213/215/216 tags.
How many cards can I create on the free plan?
One card on the Free plan, up to five on the Team plan. Every plan includes a short URL, basic QR code and view analytics.
Is the card available in multiple languages?
Yes. The interface is available in Italian, English, German, French and Spanish. Visitors automatically see the version in their system language, with configurable fallback.
