It works on Gmail (web and mobile), Outlook classic and new, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and Microsoft 365 web. The text is HTML with inline styles, without fragile nested tables; photo and logo are hosted on bizCARD and some clients only show them after the recipient allows images, while the text always stays readable.
When a team member changes role, phone or office, you edit the card, regenerate the signature with one click and paste it into the email client again. Company email signatures FAQ
Does the signature include images? Are they blocked by Outlook?
Yes, if you add them: profile photo and logo are images hosted on bizCARD. Outlook and some other clients show them once the recipient has allowed images to download; the signature text stays readable either way, because it is HTML with inline styles.
Can I customize the signature template?
Yes. On every plan you choose from more than 20 templates and use your brand color. Team owners and admins can set a default template for everyone.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Generated signatures adapt to the width of the email client window, on desktop and on mobile, including the iOS and Android Mail apps.
What if I change role or phone number?
Edit the card once, regenerate the signature with one click and paste it into the email client settings again.
Can I disable the bizCARD logo in the signature?
Yes, from Personal plan onwards. The Free plan includes the bizCARD watermark in the signature; all other plans allow you to remove it.
